Charmify Refund Policy

1. Overview

Charmify may offer paid subscriptions, trials, usage credits, and other paid web app access. Prices, trial terms, renewal timing, taxes, and billing details are shown at checkout.

Web purchases may be processed by Dodo Payments or another payment provider. The payment provider may help process billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, refunds, and payment adjustments under its own rules.

2. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation usually stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund previous paid periods.

3. Refunds

Charmify generally does not provide refunds after a purchase has been intentionally made and the paid feature, credit, subscription, or service has been used.

This includes situations where you later change your mind, do not like generated suggestions, stop using the Services, forget to cancel before renewal, or are dissatisfied with a generated result.

We may review refund requests for accidental purchases, duplicate charges, technical billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other exceptional payment issues. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the payment provider used for the purchase.

If a refund, cancellation right, reversal, or charge adjustment is required by mandatory law or by the rules of the payment provider used for the purchase, that required process controls.
